  1. Visit the Official Website of the Income Tax Department www.pan.utiitsl.com.
  2. Open the form provided on the website.
  3. Click on “Apply Online.”
  4. Choose “New Pan-Indian Citizen (Form 49A)” as the Application Type.
  5. Select your title in the Application Information section.
  6. Enter your last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.
  7. Enter the Captcha code.
  8. Click on “By submitting data to us and/or using.”
  9. Click on the Submit button to register for the PAN card.
  10. A token number will be sent to the email ID you provided.
  11. Click on “Continue with PAN Application.”
  12. Fill in the form step by step on the new page.
